My Free Fire Account Disappeared and a New ID Replaced It

I am writing because my Free Fire account linked to my Gmail has suddenly disappeared and I want my old game ID back. My Gmail account (smd31***@gmail.com) is still active on my phone and I can use it without any problem, but when I open Free Fire it shows a new account instead of my old one. This issue started around January 2026 and I did not reinstall the game or change my phone; the new account just appeared suddenly. My old Free Fire game ID is: 1674775667 and it was linked to the Gmail address smd31***@gmail.com. I have spent time and effort on this account and I want to continue playing with my old progress. I did not delete my Gmail account and I did not request any account reset, so I do not understand why my old ID is no longer connected. I kindly request Garena Free Fire support to restore my old Free Fire account on my current device, or at least to help me recover and access this old account again.
