I Lost Access to My FF Account After It Was Hacked - Garena Will Not Help

The way Garena has handled the security of my Free Fire account has really irritated me. My account was recently hacked, and the password was changed without my consent, locking me out. For me, this account is more than just a game; it contains friendships, memories, and a significant amount of time that I have spent over the years. I contacted Garena in the hopes that they would recognize the significance of this account to me personally and assist in its recovery. Regretfully, I haven't gotten any helpful advice or detailed instructions on how to get it back. I'm requesting that Garena give my request careful consideration, conduct a thorough investigation, and assist me in getting back access to something that has much greater significance than just digital goods.
