Ten days ago, I attempted to log into my Free Fire account and was shocked to find out that I could not access it. I was given no warning, no explanation, and no notification regarding any violation. I have invested 4 years of my time and a significant amount of money into this game, and now my account has been suddenly taken away.
I already submitted a complaint 10 days ago, but I have received no response. When I check my ID status, it says no ban was found, yet I am still unable to log in. What is going on?
