Garena Bans Account for Playing With Hacker

I am writing regarding my Garena account with UID 3713832624, which I use on an Android device. My account was blocked on January 26, 2024, with an “access block” decision, and I am requesting that this decision be reviewed and that my account be restored.

The stated reason for the ban is that I played matches with a friend who was using hacks. I only played friendly matches with this person. While I am aware that my friend was using a panel, I did not use any cheats, hacks, or third-party software myself. I have always played fairly on my own account, followed the game rules, and never used any illegal tools or programs.

I respectfully request that the activity logs and gameplay data of my account be reviewed separately from my friend’s account and that the access block decision be reconsidered. I am asking for a second chance and for my account to be unbanned if possible. This account is very important to me, and I would like to continue playing the game fairly and in full compliance with the rules.
