Free Fire Support Did Not Resolve Long-Term Ban Issue

I am writing regarding my Garena Free Fire account, which was permanently banned approximately two years ago. My in-game player ID is 2784526431. The ban was marked as permanent within the game, and since that time I have not been able to access my account at all. After the ban occurred, I contacted Garena Free Fire support to request assistance, but the issue has never been resolved and my account remains inaccessible. I believe that this decision should be reconsidered and that my case deserves a proper re-evaluation. I respectfully request that my account with ID 2784526431 be reviewed again and fully restored so I can regain access and continue playing.
