Free Fire Permanent Ban for Modifier Use: Remove Suspension

My Free Fire account, which I use on my iPhone, was suspended on 07/02/2026. When I try to log in, I see a message stating that the suspension is permanent and that the reason is “Usar un modificador”. I have no intention of breaking the rules and I do not accept that my account is permanently banned in this way. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be reviewed in detail and that the suspension be lifted so that I can access my account again. I would like a clear explanation of the decision and its reasons, and the immediate reactivation of my account if there has been any mistake.
