Free Fire Suspended My Account Even Though I Never Used Cheats

I play Free Fire on an Android phone and my account has suddenly been suspended. When I try to log in, I see an “account suspended” message on the screen, but I have never used any hacks, cheats or illegal programs in the game. I contacted Free Fire customer support about this issue, but I have not received any reply so far. I am really upset because I always played the game fairly and obeyed the rules. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be checked in detail, that the suspension decision be reviewed, and that my account be unbanned if no illegal activity is found. I also ask for a clear explanation of the reason for the suspension.
