Free Fire Mic & Chat Banned – Behaviour Rating Appeal

I am a Free Fire player using a Samsung Galaxy A07 and I play on the Pakistan server. Recently my in‑game mic and chat were banned and I would like to explain the situation. In a match I only wanted to confirm the meaning of the word “gay” to my friend in chat. I did not intend to offend, insult or harass anyone, and I did not use the word in a hateful or abusive way. However, this message seems to have affected my behaviour rating and as a result both my mic and chat were banned in the game. I respect Free Fire’s rules and community guidelines and I understand the importance of keeping the game safe and respectful. In this case I believe the system misinterpreted my message, because my purpose was only to ask my friend about the meaning of a word, not to break any rules. I kindly request that my mic and chat ban be removed and that my behaviour rating be restored, as I would like to continue playing and communicating with my friends normally. I am ready to follow all rules carefully in the future and avoid any similar misunderstandings. I ask you to review my account and this incident and to unban my mic and chat as soon as possible.
