Free Fire Game Limited Access Bug

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Garena Free Fire Max account for the last 1–2 days. My account has limited access in a way that I cannot join any team, even though everything else seems normal and I am not using any hacks or illegal tools. When my friends send me team invitations via world recruitment and similar options, I tap “accept”, but nothing happens and I am not added to their team. This repeats every time they invite me, and there is absolutely no response in the game. I did not receive any email or in‑game message explaining a restriction, punishment or ban on my account, so I do not know the reason for this limitation. My game UID is 4100018685. I request that my account be checked in detail, that any hidden or unjust limitation preventing me from joining teams be removed, and that my access to all team-related features be restored.
