Free Fire Account Under Review Without Reason, Blocked From Playing

My Garena Free Fire Android account (ID: 1623038628) was suddenly put under review today around 2 PM for no reason, and for the past 3 days, I haven’t been able to join other players’ groups or play the game at all. My ranks have also fallen behind. I’ve invested years into this game and spent around ₺5,000 on it. I have never used any third-party apps, cheats, or logged in from another device. I live in Şanlıurfa and usually play through a Wi-Fi connection.

So far, I haven’t contacted customer support. I also haven’t seen any warning or ban notification on my account—only the “under review” notice appeared. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my access to my account be restored.
