Free Fire Account Scammed – Gmail Binding Changed Without Permission

I am filing a complaint about my Garena Free Fire account, which has been scammed and transferred from my email without my permission, and I urgently need help to get it back. My Free Fire account is at level 68 and the in‑game name is Tanjil. The account was originally linked to my Gmail address rakid***@gmail.com. On 13 August 2026 my Free Fire account was taken over and the binding was changed without my consent, and now the account is bound to another email, itanjil1***@gmail.com, even though I never allowed this. On this account I had Prime 5 and more than 44,000 diamonds top‑up in total, so the account has high value for me both financially and personally. I did not share my password or give permission to anyone to change the binding. The transfer of my account from my Gmail to another Gmail happened without my knowledge and I cannot access or secure it now. I do not want my Free Fire ID to be used by any second person other than me. I kindly request Garena Free Fire to investigate this unauthorized transfer, secure the account, block any other person from using it, and personally assist me to restore and re‑bind the account back to my original Gmail address instead of the current binding. I also request that you protect my purchased items, diamonds and progress on this account and take necessary action against the person who stole it.
