I am writing about my Free Fire account on the North America server that was linked to my Google account and was hacked a few years ago. The UID of my hacked account was 2064348789. Since the hacking incident, I have not been able to log in to this account at all and I noticed that my username was changed without my permission. On this account I had invested both time and money, and I had purchased various in‑game items and content over time, worth in total probably a few hundred dollars. After I lost access, I first contacted Free Fire/Garena support, but I was told that they could not help and that I should contact Google customer service. I then contacted Google as instructed, but this also did not lead to any solution and I still do not have access to my account. My request is to regain access to my original Free Fire account (UID: 2064348789), and if this is technically not possible, I would like all my old items and purchases to be transferred to a new account so that my years of progress and spending are not lost. I kindly ask you to review my situation again and help me recover my account or transfer my in‑game assets in a fair way.
