Hacked Free Fire Account – Unauthorized Email Change
I am writing regarding a serious security issue with my Garena Free Fire account. I use an Android phone (Redmi A3, Android 16), and my Free Fire account was originally linked to my Google account. On 20 May, I realized that my Free Fire ID 490396890 had been hacked and that the email address linked to the account had been changed without my permission. On 26 July 2026, I completely lost access to my account and have not been able to log in since then. I have tried to get support for this issue, but so far I have not received any response regarding the hacked account and the unauthorized email change. This situation creates serious concern for me about the security of my account and personal data. I kindly request that my Free Fire ID 490396890 be recovered, linked back to my current Google account, and that my access to the game be restored as soon as possible. I also ask that the unauthorized changes made by the hacker be investigated and reversed where possible, and that I be informed about the outcome of this process.
