FF Account Recovery Failure - No Support

Someone took my Free Fire account (UID: 2584075775, in-game name: ᶜᴿᴬᶻᵞSALNI), and I've been having a hard time getting it back. It has been really disappointing to lose access to that account because I invested a lot of time and work into establishing it. I contacted the support team multiple times, gave them all the information they needed, and even confirmation of ownership, but I still haven't gotten a proper response or any clear update. It seems like no one is paying attention to my problem while someone else has my account. I simply want my account back and some peace of mind that it won't happen again.
