Someone Stole My Free Fire UID

Someone stole my Free Fire UID: 1951607847, and this made me feel powerless and that no one cared. I have put a lot of time and money into my account over the years, and not being able to get to it has been quite stressful. It's harder since support doesn't communicate well. I've given them a lot of requests, but I've never gotten a clear answer or help. I thought I would get some encouragement or updates on how things were doing, but instead, I feel like I'm on my own.
