Free Fire Account Suspended After Hack
My Free Fire account linked to Facebook and associated with the email address smjtbo***@gmail.com and game ID 2393325968 has been suspended since 2022, and I still cannot access it. Some time ago, my account was hacked and cheats were used on it without my knowledge. After I managed to recover the account, every time I tried to log in I received the message “Your account has been suspended” and I have not been able to enter the game again. I play from Rayagada, and during this entire suspension period I have not made any in-game purchases or payments. I have tried multiple times to reach Garena Free Fire customer support, but I have not received any effective help or clear response. It is very upsetting that an account I developed over a long time remains blocked even though the cheating took place while my account was stolen and out of my control. I request that my account be reinvestigated in detail, that it be confirmed the unfair actions were carried out by the hacker, and that my account be reactivated as soon as possible. I also ask the Free Fire support team to give me a clear explanation about the reason for this suspension and to restore my access so that I can continue using my account normally.
