Fake Recovery Email Linked to Free Fire Account
I am a Free Fire player on Android, and my account is linked to my Google account. My Free Fire UID is 1815594711, and my in-game name is “TuPac.” On February 7, 2026, at around 12:23 PM, a fake recovery email address (yqidw***@hi2.in) was added to my game account, and it is currently in the buffer period. This email was generated through the website https://hi2.in/#/ and does not belong to me.
At the same time, my Free Fire account was banned for 30 days, which means I cannot log in to manually cancel this email binding. Based on the information shown, the buffer period will end on February 21, 2026, and if no action is taken before that date, I am afraid I will permanently lose access to my account. I am extremely concerned about the security of my account and my personal data.
I have already tried to contact Garena/Free Fire customer service, but the AI-based support system was not helpful and did not provide a solution to this specific security issue. I was unable to properly explain that a fake recovery email was added while my account is banned and that I cannot cancel it myself.
I respectfully request that you urgently remove the fake recovery email (yqid***[email protected]) from my account or temporarily lift the ban so that I can log in and cancel the binding process before the buffer period ends on February 21, 2026. I want my account to remain secured under my ownership only, and I ask that my case be reviewed as a priority before I permanently lose access.
