Garanti BBVA Delayed Account Statements Impact Campaign Eligibility
Your account statement has not been issued. You are in the current spending period. After you spend, they campaign within days and lose your rights by not including you in the campaign. I have repeatedly reported to them in writing and verbally. But stubbornly, unlike other banks, they take a strange approach by saying that if you spend in the date range I have mentioned, you will participate. I also say that if the extrem was not cut off during the statement period in which the campaign was held, my right to participate will arise.
