I Fulfilled Garanti BBVA Miles Campaign Terms but Did Not Get the Miles
Dear Garanti BBVA Officials, I participated in one of the campaigns organized by your bank and although I fully fulfilled the campaign conditions, I could not benefit from the promised reward/discount. Although I have contacted your customer services regarding the issue many times, no clear solution has been offered, I have only been glossed over with general expressions. This situation both disregards customer satisfaction and seriously damages trust in your bank. The non-transparent campaign conditions and the inadequate support given afterwards caused me to suffer. I request that my rights as a customer be protected and that my dues arising from the campaign be provided to me in full. Otherwise, I declare that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and seek my legal rights in the relevant media. I request you to do what is necessary.
