Garanti Bank Charged Fees on My 4 Credit Cards After Promising None Would Apply

I possess four credit cards issued by Garanti Bank. Despite being assured that no fees would be incurred, fees were ultimately applied. After receiving a Bonus as part of a campaign, I noticed that fees were charged to my account. When I asked about the reason behind this, I was informed that the Bonus was provided under the assumption that fees would be imposed in the future. However, I had initially considered closing the card but ultimately decided against it because I already had 4 other cards. According to your statement, I did not close the card, yet I am now being charged both the fee and the Bonus. I have decided to cancel all of my cards and submit a complaint to the consumer committee. Cease manipulating the trust of others.
