On 25.11.2025, I sent a SWIFT transfer of $491 from my Garanti BBVA account to CMB Wing Lung Bank in China. The receiving bank rejected the transaction, yet I still have no clear information about the current status of my money. I contacted Garanti BBVA regarding the rejected SWIFT, but no solution was provided and I was left without a clear answer about where my $491 is or when it will be refunded. This situation is causing serious concern and a significant loss of confidence. I request that the $491 from the rejected SWIFT transaction be urgently and fully refunded to my account and that I be provided with clear written information regarding the process.
