Garanti BBVA Is Delaying My Pension Promotion Update Despite Years of Salary Deposits

I receive my pension through Garanti Bank and applied for a pension promotion update on September 2, 2024, but I’m still waiting. For several days, the update screen has been stuck on “Waiting for salary update from SGK,” even though my pension has been regularly deposited into Garanti Bank for years. I’m not transferring from another bank, so I don't understand why there’s a delay. Shouldn't the bank already have my salary information? It's been three business days, and this issue still hasn't been resolved. I expected this process to be much smoother, especially given the long-standing relationship I have with the bank. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
