I have been a Garanti Bank customer for 15 years. There is no limit to the amount of money coming into my account. I have been using both loans and credit cards for the last 2 years. And I definitely pay both my loans and at least the credit card minimums regularly. For the first time in May, I experienced a minimum payment deficiency of only 10 thousand lira on my credit card. First, they started calling and harassing me every day, harassing me with messages, etc. But I can't understand what happened today. They closed down my cards, which were only 9 days overdue and had never been overdue until today. It's an incredible thing. They restructure the nation's debt of millions of liras and do not mind the delay. I cannot tolerate the treatment of our 10 thousand lira debt for 9 days. I immediately sent the debt, this time they said they could not open my card for 24 hours. I mean, it's an absolute disgrace... In August, both my credit debts and hopefully my card debt from this bank will be paid off, and then I will never work with Garanti again. I don't recommend it to anyone.
