Garanti Bank BBVA Changed My Account Without My Consent

Garanti Bank has tampered with my account without my authorization. I had a daily interest-bearing account; on July 30, 2024, it was abruptly changed to a monthly period without my knowledge or permission. When I contacted customer service, they told me the app or customer service number did not handle the update. The Elazıg Garanti Bank branch had already extended this offer to me, but I made it plain that I had no interest. I find it rather obvious that they proceeded and carried out it nonetheless. How are we meant to go on if we cannot rely on our bank to honor our choices? From the accountable authorities, I am expecting a quick reply and a complete justification. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, particularly in light of a bank expected to be reputable.

Hello, The action taken is merely an obligatory measure to address my grievance. No actions have been taken for customer satisfaction, and despite explaining persistently that my loss of fun days was 4 days and not 5 days through 17 calls made to me that day, it was only during the 17th call that a different customer relations specialist understood and accepted it. I never thought that in my lifetime I would not be able to convince an adult in 16 conversations that 2+3 is not 4 but 5. It is questionable how an employee (Ms. Zeynep) working at a bank can continue to work despite such a lack of competence... Moreover, if we need to address the main issue, who and why did someone unauthorized and without approval intervene in my deposit? And why? Is the issue considered resolved by depositing the money that was already supposed to be deposited to me? I absolutely do not accept the closure of my call in this manner. I request support.
