Bought Emerald 1 Account from Gamermarkt, But It’s Only Platinum 1 – Want Refund

I purchased an Emerald 1 account from Gamermarkt (Order #908764), but to my surprise, the account was Emerald 1 only in the previous season. Now, it’s currently ranked Platinum 1, which is not what I paid for. How can this even happen? The website clearly listed the account as Emerald 1, but upon logging in, the rank was completely different. This is unacceptable, and I demand a full refund immediately. Gamermarkt, how do you allow this kind of misleading information? Please fix this issue and ensure others don’t experience the same problem.
