Gforce Now Game+ Membership Subpar Performance, No Refund, Unsatisfactory Experience

I purchased a Gforce Now Game+ membership, but I am highly dissatisfied with the experience. The performance I expected has not been met, and it's disappointing to pay for a gaming experience that falls below 60 FPS. Even at the highest settings, I couldn't play the game smoothly. When I try to adjust the settings to the highest, the game crashes and restarts, but the settings don't change. The performance I anticipated is not being delivered. I'm not satisfied, and what's worse, I can't even request a refund, not to mention that it hasn't even been 3-4 hours, let alone 24 hours since I purchased it. I can play games on my own computer at 50-60 FPS, so why should I pay for this service when I can get the same performance on my own setup? Even games like League of Legends don't exceed 60 FPS. They refuse to provide a refund, which is quite frustrating. I've tried it, I'm not happy with it, and I want my money back.
