I play Free Fire on Windows using the Gameloop emulator, and I keep running into the same problem every month. Up until I reach Platinum II rank, I can play Ranked Mode without any issues. But once I reach this rank, I can no longer enter BR Ranked Mode from my computer.
When I press the Start button, the game waits for about 10 seconds, then simply fails to launch the match. This problem happens every single month, and only in BR Ranked Mode. Other game modes work fine without any problems.
What makes this more frustrating is that when I log in with the same account on my phone, I can play Ranked Mode without any issues. However, I prefer playing on my computer for comfort and better control. My UID is 1157420391, and I regularly make in-game purchases, so this ongoing bug is very disappointing.
I live in Istanbul, and while I haven’t yet tested a different computer or internet connection, the issue is clearly tied to the emulator and Ranked system. I have not contacted customer service yet, but I am asking the Free Fire support team to fix this recurring Ranked Mode bug on Gameloop so that PC players can enjoy Ranked without being blocked after Platinum II.
