FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Quality Control Criticized Over Frequent Connection Dropouts
We have been using FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensors for a long time, purchasing two units online via your website on a regular monthly basis for the past 1 to 2 years. However, we have recently begun experiencing severe hardship as two out of the last three products we received turned out to be defective.
The primary issue we are encountering is continuous signal loss. Although the sensor is rated for 14 days of use, it frequently displays a "signal loss" alert, fails to take glucose readings, and prevents us from using the device properly. This negatively impacts both our health management and daily routine. When we first started using this product, we did not encounter such issues; we strongly believe there has been a decline in quality control recently.
While customer support assists by sending replacement sensors whenever we reach out, the underlying problem remains unresolved, forcing us to constantly deal with replacement requests. Having to pay regularly out-of-pocket only to receive defective products, while repeatedly wasting time and effort requesting replacements, has become utterly exhausting.
We expect the brand to investigate the cause of these recurring signal loss issues, fix their production and quality control standards, and deliver a permanent solution. We do not want to deal with endless replacement cycles. We demand that the hardship caused by these defective sensors be acknowledged and that we are provided with reliable, trouble-free products for all our future orders.
