Freecash.com Denied My Fish of Fortune Reward Despite Completing the Task

I successfully completed the Fish of Fortune offer on FreeCash titled "Complete the sticker album within 14 days," but I have still not received the promised reward. I finished the sticker album on June 20, with three days remaining before the offer deadline, meaning I completed all the required conditions within the specified timeframe. Despite this, the reward has never been credited to my FreeCash account. After noticing that the reward had not been credited, I contacted FreeCash support several times through the live chat. Initially, I was asked to wait, so I provided clear evidence, including a screenshot showing my completed sticker album and the completion date. When the issue remained unresolved, I followed up by email the next day and later submitted a formal support ticket as soon as the ticket option became available. Today, I discovered that my support ticket had been denied, even though I completed the offer correctly and within the required time limit. To finish the sticker album before the deadline, I also made several in-app purchases specifically for this offer. I fulfilled every requirement, spent additional money to complete the task on time, and provided supporting evidence, yet the promised reward has been withheld without any valid explanation. I believe that refusing to credit the reward after I met all the stated conditions and incurred additional expenses to complete the offer is unfair and misleading. I respectfully request that my case be reviewed again by a member of the support team, that the full promised reward for the Fish of Fortune – "Complete the sticker album within 14 days" offer be credited to my FreeCash account as soon as possible, and that I receive a clear explanation as to why my previous support ticket was denied despite the evidence I submitted.
