Freecash is A Scam - Payout What is Owed

I am writing regarding an unpaid reward on Freecash for the Dice Dreams offer “Reach Kingdom 40 in 11 days.” I completed the requirement from Australia and reached Kingdom 40 within 7 days, which is clearly within the stated time limit. Despite fulfilling all the conditions, the reward has still not been credited to my Freecash account, and it has now been 4 days since completion. I have contacted Freecash support three separate times about this issue and provided screenshots and evidence of my in‑game progress and completion. However, my support request was rejected, and the situation remains unresolved even though I met the offer requirements exactly as described. I request that the full reward for the Dice Dreams offer be manually reviewed and credited to my account, based on the evidence and the fact that I reached Kingdom 40 well within the 11‑day period. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as I completed the offer in good faith and complied with all the conditions.
