Freecash.com Account Ban With No Explanation

My Freecash.com account linked to the email address jasonrjone***@gmail.com was suddenly banned on April 12 without any prior warning or clear explanation. I was at work and not even using the app at the time. When I opened the app after work, I discovered that my account had been banned, and I had no access. The system shows that my appeal was denied, but I never submitted any appeal, which makes the situation even more confusing. In addition to the ban, I have been blocked from withdrawing the $37 that was in my account balance, and no reason has been communicated to me for either the ban or the refusal of an appeal I did not make. I request that my Freecash.com account be reviewed and reactivated, that my $37 balance be released so I can withdraw it, and that I receive a clear explanation of the specific reason for this ban and how the decision was made. I expect this matter to be investigated carefully and resolved as soon as possible.
