Freecash Didn't Pay My Completed Game Offers

I signed up for Freecash after seeing that I could earn money by playing games through offers available on the platform. According to the information provided, once I completed the required game objectives, my rewards would first be credited to my Freecash account, and I would then be able to withdraw the earnings to my bank account. However, more than 72 hours have passed, and I still have not received any of the promised rewards.

The following rewards are shown as earned but have never been credited to my Freecash account: $1,589.69 from Goblin Miner, $113.36 from Idle Outpost (Android), $239.23 from Mahjong Solitaire (Android), and $12,450 from Stake.us. My Freecash account ID is 95132956.

This situation has caused me to waste a significant amount of time and has seriously undermined my trust in the platform. Although I contacted Freecash support and customer service, the responses have been extremely slow, and I have not received a clear or satisfactory explanation.

I request that all of the rewards I earned while completing these game offers be credited to my Freecash account in full. I also ask that Freecash ensure I can withdraw these funds to my bank account without any further delays. Finally, I expect a clear, written explanation regarding the status of these missing rewards and the reason they have not been credited.
