Freecash Bronze League Reward Missing

I am a user from the USA and I use Freecash with the email address/username “zyqns***[email protected]”. Today, I finished in second place in the Bronze League, where the announced prize for this position was 4,000, and this result is also visible in my own proof. However, I did not receive the 4,000 prize despite having legitimately reached second place. During the time the leaderboard was closing, the page was not even loading properly, which made the situation even more confusing. Afterwards, I saw that I had been moved up into the Silver League, but I still did not receive the reward that was supposed to be given for my second-place finish in the Bronze League. I have tried every possible way to reach Freecash support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my account and the Bronze League leaderboard for today be checked, my second-place finish be recognized, and that the 4,000 prize I earned be credited to my account as soon as possible.
