Freecash Not Delivering Rewards and Offering Much Lower Payouts in Turkey

Freecash has consistently failed to deliver the rewards I earned. On top of that, the rewards in Turkey are already significantly lower compared to those offered abroad. It feels unfair that players in Turkey receive such reduced payouts while international users enjoy much higher ones.

Even though the rewards are small, I still continue to play, but now I am not even receiving the little I am entitled to. Several of my rewards have simply not been credited to my account. This is both frustrating and discouraging, as it undermines the trust players place in the platform.

I ask Freecash to immediately investigate why my rewards have not been delivered, credit the missing rewards to my account, and also reconsider the reward structure in Turkey so that it is fairer and closer to what international players receive. Customers deserve transparency, fair treatment, and consistent payouts.
