Garena Free Fire MAX Account Recovery After Facebook Deletion
I have been playing Garena Free Fire MAX on my Android phone with an account that was linked to my old Facebook profile. My Free Fire UID is 1888690335 and the account was at level 59 with the in‑game name including “OP SWRANG”. The last device I used for this account was a Realme C31 running Android 13. Around four years ago, I deleted the Facebook account that was linked to this Free Fire MAX account. Since more than 30 days have passed, the Facebook account is now permanently deleted. After this deletion, I completely lost access to my Free Fire MAX account and I can no longer log in, because the only login method was that Facebook account. I have a screenshot of my old Free Fire MAX profile clearly showing my UID 1888690335, my level 59 status and my in‑game name, and I can also provide payment proofs for the purchases that I made on this account. Because the Facebook account is permanently deleted, I cannot use it to log in anymore and I also cannot reach support from inside the game through that account. I kindly request Garena to help me recover my Free Fire MAX account with UID 1888690335 and allow me to link it to another login method, such as a new Google account, without losing my previous progress and all my purchases. I ask you to review my case based on my UID, profile screenshots,either restore direct access to my Free Fire MAX account or link it to a new login option so that I can continue playing on my original account.
