Free Fire Max Diamonds Not Credited After Purchase

I’ve faced the same issue twice now with Free Fire Max. I purchased diamonds using my ID, but they never appeared in my account. Despite trusting this platform for my transactions, I am left frustrated and disappointed. I either want the diamonds to be credited immediately or my money refunded. I expected better service and support. Please address this issue urgently and provide a resolution as soon as possible. It’s unacceptable to face such repeated problems with purchases.
