Free Fire Max Added Negative Diamonds And Blocked My Account

I am writing about a serious issue with my Free Fire account related to a negative diamond balance. On 5/5/2026, I noticed that my account suddenly showed a negative balance of 7,500 diamonds, which is preventing me from using my account normally. I contacted customer support and received a response from Steve, a Garena Customer Service Supervisor, stating that the negative diamond balance is the result of refunded transactions and that I need to top up the diamonds displayed in‑game to remove the restriction and restore my account. However, I did not expect or intend that my account would be put into a negative balance of 7,500 diamonds, and I feel this situation is unfair and disproportionate. I kindly request that the negative 7,500 diamond balance on my account be removed and that my account be restored without requiring me to top up this amount. I would like this issue to be reviewed in detail and resolved in a way that does not penalize me with such a large negative balance.
