Free Fire Max Account Hack Complaint - Seeking Recovery

Someone took my Free Fire Max account (UID: 764228749), and I've been attempting to get it back, but the team hasn't been very helpful. One day, I couldn't get into my account anymore, and the email address attached to it was changed without my knowledge. I contacted them in the hopes of getting a quick answer, but instead I've been left waiting with no actual news. I spent time and money on this account, and now that it's gone, I feel horrible.
