Garanti Bank Approved My Bonus Card but Won't Provide the ₺25000 Interest-Free Advance

On 06.09.2024, I received a notification stating that if I applied for a Bonus card through the Garanti Bank mobile app, I would be eligible for a ₺25,000 interest-free cash advance. My card application was approved, but the interest-free cash advance was not. Every time I speak with a customer representative, they confirm that I am registered and tell me to try again later in the day. If the advance is still not available, they advise me to call again the next day. However, the next day, I get the same response, and they say there's nothing more they can do. It’s frustrating to be told to call back day after day with no resolution. We trusted the bank and took on debt based on this offer, which only added to the problem. I want this issue resolved urgently.
