Fortnite Needs Stronger Action Against Voice Chat Harassment

While playing Fortnite today, I was verbally harassed during in-game voice chat by a player named “m**.” During the conversation, this player directed extremely offensive language and explicit insults at both me and my mother.

In addition, the player threatened to find and kidnap me. These threats and insults completely ruined my gaming experience and made me feel unsafe and deeply uncomfortable.

I am requesting that this player’s account be investigated, especially by reviewing the in-game voice chat recordings, and that appropriate action be taken, including a permanent ban if warranted. I also expect Fortnite to enforce stricter penalties against this kind of abusive and threatening behavior and to take necessary steps to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
