I Face Aggressive and Dangerous Behavior From FlixBus Driver on Prague–Budapest Route
During my FlixBus journey from Prague to Budapest on the night of August 2–3 (reservation number: 3275515509, 11:45 PM–6:30 AM), I experienced a very serious incident. The bus driver was extremely rude, disrespectful, and mocking toward passengers throughout the trip — constantly raising his voice and speaking aggressively. At the final stop, while I was trying to confirm where exactly I should get off, he once again behaved aggressively and attempted to close the luggage compartment door on me as I was reaching for my bag. I narrowly avoided physical harm. Other passengers witnessed the situation and appeared visibly alarmed.
I reported this incident to FlixBus in full detail. They initially apologized and said they would investigate the matter, but I haven’t received any follow-up yet. We paid a total of €90.97 for two tickets. I also reported the incident to the Hungarian police via email the following morning.
I request that this incident be investigated promptly, that appropriate action be taken against the driver, and that my grievance be addressed properly.
