On April 23, 2026, I traveled with FlixBus from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, California. For this trip, associated with reference number 0270340G26LH1TJS4, I was charged twice for what should have been a single ticket. I tried to contact FlixBus customer service about this issue, but I could only reach an answering machine. I left a message explaining the double charge, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request a full refund of the extra amount that was wrongly charged for this trip and a confirmation that this issue has been resolved.
