FlixBus Trip: Broken Amenities and Poor Service Left Me Disappointed
I recently traveled on a FlixBus trip, as shown in the attached image, and it was a deeply disappointing experience compared to my previous journeys. None of the advertised amenities worked—no functional power outlets, Wi-Fi, or seatback TVs. These features were part of the service I expected, yet they failed completely.
Additionally, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of on-board offerings over time. Even the complimentary snacks and beverages were subpar. FlixBus promotes itself with glowing satisfaction surveys, but my experience tells a very different story.
This level of service does not justify choosing FlixBus again. I urge the company to address these issues immediately to ensure a better experience for future passengers.
