FlixBus Dirty and Disorganized Journey from Dresden to Berlin
On August 20, 2024, I traveled with FlixBus from Dresden to Berlin, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had on a bus, even compared to standards in other countries. The bus was incredibly dirty, with trash bags placed near seats on both levels. The restroom on the lower level had a horrible odor, making the ride uncomfortable.
The upper level was stuffy, and passengers sat wherever they wanted without regard for assigned seating. When we informed the driver that someone had taken our seats, he dismissively said, "What do you want me to do?" Only after insisting did the passengers in our seats move.
The bus, scheduled for 11:30, arrived at 13:00 for a two-hour journey—unacceptable timing. To make matters worse, there were leftover items like a bottle and tissues left by previous passengers, further highlighting the lack of cleanliness. FlixBus must address these issues immediately to improve service quality and ensure a better travel experience.
