FlixBus Misleads Consumer And Prevents Exercise Of Rights!

Flixbus misleads the consumer and prevents the consumer from exercising her rights correctly! I tried to cancel my ticket for a cash refund. The amount to be refunded was written and the confirmation button was written below it. I approved directly. I later realized that the refund option in the form of a coupon was automatically marked (in a hard-to-see place, of course) and a coupon was given instead of a cash refund. This misleading behavior is against consumer protection; I'd like to cash refund!
