On May 6, 2026, I purchased a ticket through the Kamil Koç / FlixBus app for $44 for a Romania departure at 7:00 PM. I was informed that my ticket had been canceled due to a visa issue — yet despite having a valid passport and a residence permit, I was not allowed to travel under any circumstances.
After being left stranded, I found that none of the customer service phone numbers I tried were working. The only channel I could reach was WhatsApp, and even that failed to provide any clear answer or meaningful support. As a result, not only was my trip canceled, but I also missed an important business deal that was tied to this journey.
My ticket number is 3352279431. I was told that a refund would be processed within one week — but what I am primarily demanding is a clear, written explanation of why my ticket was canceled on visa grounds when I had both a valid passport and a valid residence permit, and that the time I lost and the business damage I suffered be taken seriously and investigated accordingly.
