FlickReels Charge After Cancellation, Refund and Subscription Stop Request

My name is Mohamud Ahmed H***. Today I noticed a payment of 14.77 USD on my AIB Visa Debit card to a merchant called “FLICKREELS SHORT DRAM”, which appears to be related to the FlickReels application. I had already cancelled this service about two weeks ago, yet this amount was still taken from my card. I use FlickReels with the phone number +3538994943***. Despite cancelling the service, a payment has been charged today, and I do not understand why this transaction was made after my cancellation. I request that this 14.77 USD payment be fully refunded to my AIB card and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to FlickReels or “FLICKREELS SHORT DRAM” be completely stopped so that no further charges are taken from my account.
