However, despite 20 days having passed, the product has still not been delivered to my address in Ereğli, Zonguldak, and I have received no information regarding the status of the delivery.

I am experiencing significant inconvenience because the delivery has taken so long and no clear explanation has been provided about the process. When I contacted customer service about the issue, I was simply told to wait. Other than that, I was not offered a concrete solution or given a clear delivery date.

I request that my Flavel built-in appliance set order be delivered to my address as soon as possible without any further delay and that the inconvenience I have experienced be properly resolved.
