With an invoice dated December 18, 2025, I purchased a Flavel brand dishwasher from the A101 store in Atakum, Samsun, and paid the full amount upfront. However, even after two months, the product has still not been delivered to me. It feels as though a product that does not physically exist was sold to me.
During this time, I have repeatedly contacted both the store and A101 customer service, calling multiple times and attempting to reach them again and again. Despite my efforts, I have received no response, no explanation, and no information regarding my order. My invoice is on file with the company, and if necessary, I can also share a copy of the invoice through Şikayetvar.
I request that the dishwasher I paid for be delivered to me immediately. If the product is unavailable, I demand that the full amount I paid be refunded promptly and without delay. I expect my hardship to be resolved as soon as possible and that I be provided with a clear and written explanation regarding this matter.
