I Face Finish Ultimate Plus Scratching Dishes In My New Dishwasher

We have been using Finish Ultimate Plus dishwasher tablets for approximately 3 months. We also recently purchased a new dishwasher and have used this detergent with the machine from the very beginning. No matter which wash program we use, noticeable scratches appear especially on plates, glasses, and other kitchenware.

We started using Finish Ultimate Plus tablets based on the recommendation of the dishwasher manufacturer. At this point, either our newly purchased dishwasher or the recommended Finish Ultimate Plus detergent is scratching our dishes. Considering that the machine is brand new, it is not acceptable for our kitchenware to be visibly damaged this way.

So far, we have not contacted Finish customer service or the company we purchased the dishwasher from. However, the scratches have become more noticeable, and it is now clear that our dishes are being damaged. I request that the Finish Ultimate Plus tablets we are using be technically inspected, that the relevant batch or production series be checked if necessary, and that the compatibility between the detergent and the dishwasher also be evaluated.

I want the source of this problem, whether caused by the dishwasher or the detergent, to be identified urgently. I also request that our inconvenience be resolved and that I receive a written explanation regarding the findings.
